We present to you the best Himalayan treks to do this year. However, it was not easy for us to pick these unique treks as every trek is astonishing in its way. I have put all my efforts together on the best Himalayan treks that I hope you should not miss!
If you are a beginner at trekking, then Dayara Bugyal, Brahmatal, and Kedarkantha treks are the best Himalayan treks to do all year round, except in the monsoon. Don’t worry!!! The Himalayas have numerous unique treks like Hampta Pass, Valley of Flowers, Kashmir Great Lakes and Tarsar Marsar that we can cover in the monsoon between July and September. However, you want to trek in snowfall, target trekking between November and April. The Himalayas always have something to amaze you. Moreover, if you would like to trek in spring, look out for unique treks like Sandakphu Phalut, Khopra Ridge and Goechala in March and April.

BRAHMATAL TREK
This Brahmatal Trek will take you through beautiful valleys, steep streams, hussy hamlets, coniferous and oak forests. It is a stunning trek where you can hit the highest point at 12,250 feet, famously called the Brahmatal Top. A new assortment of mountains like Mount Chaukhamba, Mount Neelkanth, Mount Hathi Ghoda, Mount Trishul and Mount Nanda Ghunti open up before you and accompany you throughout the trek. If you are looking for any solo trek, then Brahmatal will not disappoint you to hit it. There is a lot of snow on the trail during winters, and however, this trek runs until April.

Moreover, Kedarkantha Trek is such a popular winter trek that it is popularly known as the Queen of Winter Treks. This peak stands at an altitude of 12,500 feet with a 360-degree view of other Himalayan peaks.

HAR KI DUN-RUINSARA TAL TREK

SANDAKPHU-PHALUT TREK
The Sandakphu Phalut trek is one of the few treks from where you can see 4 out of 5 of the tallest mountains in the world — Mt Everest, Mt Lhotse, Mt Makalu and Mt Kanchenjunga. Amongst all Himalayan treks, this view is what the Sandakphu treks stands out for. Along with this, you also see the Kanchenjunga range with other Himalayan mountains, famously known as the Sleeping Buddha — an image that will stay with you for years to come. A unique feature of this trek is the tea houses you will find. They are similar to hotels and restaurants but are indescribably different. You will have to stay in one, to experience the warmth of a tea house.
