Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel quotations, bookings, and services provided by TravLiv360 – Experiential Travel Designer.
By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
Quotation & Booking Policy
All quotations provided by TravLiv360 are indicative only and do not guarantee any booking. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation issued by TravLiv360. All quotations are applicable for Indian nationals unless otherwise specified and are generally based on a minimum of two adults travelling together. Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking and may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, changes in government taxes, supplier pricing revisions, or availability constraints.
Passport & Visa Requirements
All travelers must ensure that their passport is valid for a minimum period of six months from the date of return. Visa charges apply only to Indian passport holders applying from India, unless specifically stated otherwise. The granting, refusal, or delay of any visa is entirely at the discretion of the concerned embassy or consulate, and TravLiv360 shall not be held responsible for any such outcomes. Any tourism tax, city tax, or resort fee imposed by local authorities must be paid directly by the guest at the hotel.
Flights & Baggage
Flight fares quoted are based on the lowest available airfare at the time of proposal and are subject to change until tickets are issued. Final airfares are confirmed only after ticketing. Baggage allowances and related policies shall be governed by the respective airline or service provider. TravLiv360 shall not be liable for flight delays, rescheduling, cancellations, or any operational changes made by airlines, and no refunds or compensation shall be applicable in such circumstances.
Taxes & Government Regulations
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in the package cost unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. Tax Collected at Source (TCS), applicable at rates of 5% or 20% as per Government of India regulations effective from 01 October 2020, is not included unless clearly stated in the quotation. Any variation in foreign exchange rates will be calculated based on the Rate of Exchange (ROE) published on XE.com on the date of final payment.
Hotel Accommodation
Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, although this may vary depending on individual hotel policies. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Special room preferences such as bed type, room location, or interconnecting rooms are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Hotels may also require guests to pay a refundable security deposit at check-in, which will be returned at check-out subject to hotel conditions.
Itinerary & Inclusions
The itinerary provided is tentative in nature and may be modified due to local conditions, weather situations, operational requirements, or availability of services. While all inclusions will be delivered as promised, the sequence of sightseeing or activities may change. In cases where any service or activity becomes unavailable, TravLiv360 will make reasonable efforts to arrange suitable alternatives of similar value wherever possible.
Price Fluctuations & Surcharges
Any increase in hotel tariffs, airfares, airport taxes, fuel surcharges, toll charges, or government levies occurring after the quotation stage shall be borne by the client. TravLiv360 reserves the right to levy such additional charges prior to departure.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once bookings are confirmed, services such as hotels, flights, and ground arrangements may become non-refundable and non-transferable as per supplier policies. No refunds or compensation shall be provided for any unused services, including meals, transfers, or sightseeing, arising from personal reasons, flight delays, or itinerary changes. Any modifications requested after confirmation may incur additional charges or may not be feasible depending on supplier terms.
Responsibility & Liability
TravLiv360 acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour vendors. The company shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or performance of these external entities. TravLiv360 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its control.
Travel & Health Advisory
Guests are advised to independently verify all travel, health, and vaccination requirements applicable to their destination prior to departure. This includes compliance with airline regulations, destination-specific entry rules, and government advisories. Responsibility for meeting such requirements rests solely with the traveler.
